The X-E5 takes up the focus mode switch on the body side (in particular absent from the former-E4) and adds a new simulation dial of the film. While many of Fujifilm level cameras have this control, the one on X-E5 can store custom presets with your movie recipes. One thing that remains unchanged is the estate of time, which does not yet exist here. Also disappointing is that the viewfinder remains small, with the same miserable resolution (2.36 m of points, 1025 x 768) the oldest model.
For kindness of Fujifilm
The X-E5 will be available in the United States in August for $ 1.699 for the body only and $ 1.899 for a version with the new 23 mm f/2.8R WR lenses of Fujifilm, launching together with X-E5. To satisfy the question (something that Fujifilm has not had to deal with the X-E4), the company will not sell the goal as autonomous until the end of 2025. Bose announces new buds and speakers
Courtesy of Bose
Bose has a trio of new products coming, including an update to some of our favorite earphones. The Earbuds Ultra of Quietcomfort (2nd generation) are obtaining a series of improvements, including better artificial intelligence algorithms to help them filter the noise peaks in a more effective way and improve the overall vocal collection and the quality of calls. Now there is also wireless that is loaded from the box, a new ceremony guard, and a plain of prug in limited edition and limited edition. It will cost $ 299/£ 299 and can be preordained now.
By combining the gems there are two new speakers, the Soundlink Plus and the Soundlink Micro (2nd generation). No prize to guess the big difference between them, but the Plus is a new medium -hated portable speaker that is located between SoundLink Flex and Soundlink Max in the range, while the micro is an updated version of the company’s smaller bluetooth speaker.
For the latter, Bose promises better sound quality, particularly in the upper frequencies-the USB-C recharge, a better battery life of 12 hours and compatibility with Bose apps. The Plus promises a “ready for anything” design that “brings the bass”, together with a 20-hour battery, charging the USB-C port and IP67 evaluation. It will be available in Black, Blue Dusk and Citrus Yellow ready for the summer for $ 269/£ 249, while the micro will cost $ 129/£ 119, with the incoming colors. –Verity burns
Qualcomm demo a new chip for intelligent glasses
In Mugsted World Expo (AWE) this week, Qualcomm has shown his new one Snapdragon Ar1+ Chipset designed for intelligent glasses and its ability to perform a small language model without the need to be tied to a smartphone or rely on the cloud for processing.
At this moment, most intelligent glasses are designed to stay in touch with smartphones, which will manage any processing for the AI query, such as when you ask a question to the destination through the destination (fueled by the original AR1). But this sucks a precious battery life and can also introduce a little delay since the Ping Pongs request on the phone and return. By integrating the ability to process a small language model directly through the AR1+ chip on intelligent glasses, you can expect a faster response, a better battery life and a privacy improvement since everything remains on the device. This also means that you don’t need your phone nearby to get an answer from a chatbot AI.
The AR1+ chipset is also smaller than 26 percent of its predecessor, which Qualcomm will contribute to making the glasses intelligent slightly less bulky to wear. The improvements to the management of the power supply also help to make the chip more efficient and the company has added images of images from smartphones to help intelligent glasses with integrated cameras to better understand the world around.
