IAS Story: Only after passing the UPSC exam, the IAS officer gets a job (Sarkari Naukri). After this, the responsibility of different posts is given on the basis of their experience. But sometimes something happens to the officers, due to which they become uncomfortable. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was given Additional Chief Secretary of Education Department and IAS officer of 1991 batch S.K. Siddharth (IAS DR S.SiddHarth) welcomed and presented a vase to him. After this, the Chief Minister immediately gave this vase S.K. Put on Siddharth’s head, due to which the people present there started laughing and this incident became a matter of discussion.
Nitish Kumar Lalit Narayan Mishra came to the program organized at the Institute of Economic Development and Social Change. On this occasion, he also handed over appointment letters to 20 assistant professors. Education Minister Sunil Kumar and Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Deepak Kumar were also present in the program.
IIT has studied with IIM
Dr. S. Siddharth is an Indian Administrative Service officer of 1991 batch. He has done PhD in information technology from IIT Delhi. Along with this, he has earned an MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad. Along with this, he is currently doing another PhD in Economics from Banaras Hindu University. Currently, he is working as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Bihar and Additional Chief Secretary of Finance Department.
Stayed in many important positions
Apart from this, Dr. S. Siddharth is the director of LN Mishra Institute and also the Economic Policy and President of Public Finance Center. He has worked as District Magistrates in Muzaffarpur, Bhojpur, Aurangabad and Lohardaga districts and has also been a director in the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India.
