The clothing manufacturer and VIP Clothing Clothing Ltd recorded a strong profitability leap for the quarter closed to 30 June 2025, led by a strong growth in revenues and better operational efficiency, according to its deposit as a director on Wednesday.
The profit of the company net of taxes has increased by almost nine times to 22.2 RS, compared to RS 2.3 crores in the same period last year. The revenue from the operations stood at 65.4 RS, growing 30.5 percent on an annual basis by RS 50.1 Crore in the first quarter of the year 25.
Its Ebitda has substantially increased to RS 32.6 Crore from RS 3.1 Crore last year, indicating a significant improvement in operating performance. Total expenses increased to RS 62.3 crores during the quarter, compared to RS 49.9 crores a year ago, largely due to greater purchase costs of raw materials and commercial, according to its BSE deposit.
The company also supported a deferred tax charge of RS 10.4 crores, compared to 0.8 Crore in Q1 Fy25. The robust performance arrives between the continuous attention to the brand on the innovation of the product, on the launches oriented to the Gen Z and on the expansion of fingerprints and distribution.
