The urban company linked to the IPO recorded a 38% increase in operational revenues for FY25 at RS 1.144 Crore, according to its annual report published on Wednesday.
The company based in Gururgram became profitable during the year by publishing a net profit of RS 240 crores against a loss of RS 93 crores in Fy24.
The significant turnaround in the basic line of the urban company came on the back of a deferred tax credit of RS 211-courses accounted for during the tax year 2025. However, also on the basis of gross taxes, the home service platform reported a profit of RS 28 cror.
In a letter, the co -founders of the Abhiraj Singh Bhal company, Raghav Chandra and Varun Khaitan wrote: “The main services offers on our platform, IE, domestic and beauty services, they continue to grow, thus providing the ability to invest in the expansion of new categories”.
In April, Urban Company presented the projects of documents with SEBI for its public offer of RS 1,900-COROR, which includes a main number of RS 429 Crore.
