UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 Question Paper Analysis | How were questions asked in UPSC Prelims Paper?

2- Modern History: The subjects were familiar, but the questions were complicated and explanatory, requiring a deep understanding of the subject.

3- Geography: The static section was easy to moderate level, which focused on basic concepts. However, map -based questions were difficult. Only those who make special preparations must have been able to attach it.

4- Environment: The questions were especially long, who tested not only knowledge but also understanding and patience.

5- Science and Technology: This section was challenging. It focused on less known topics, which are usually ignored during regular preparation.

6- Current Affairs: The importance of current events was obvious, not only through direct questions but also in thematic framing.

UPSC Prelims 2025 Question Paper: How was the question asked in which section?

According to the candidates who appeared in the UPSC Prelims Exam 2025, the correct balance of questions was made. In this, good level questions were asked from sex from history, political science, environment, economy and current affairs. Some candidates said that this year there was less focus on current affairs. Instead, more questions were asked from static subjects like Polity and Environment. Many candidates were also seen in stress with shift 2 paper.

Merit will be made from UPSC Prelims Paper 2

A 3 -hour break was given after UPSC Prelims Paper 1. After this, CSAT (Paper 2) started at 2:30 pm. This paper will end at 4:30 pm. UPSC Prelims 2025 answer and detailed analysis is likely to be released on UPSC website upsc.gov.in in a few days. UPSC Prelims Paper 2 is CSAT qualifying paper. It is necessary to score 33% marks in it. If you have less marks than this, you will be failed in the UPSC exam.
