The Ultraviolette electrical motorcyclist manufacturer has announced its official entry on the European market, marking an important milestone in its global expansion strategy. The company aims to international sales to contribute up to 35 % of its overall revenues by 2028, reports PTI. Ultraviolette will sell its high-performance electric motorcycles of the SuperStreet F77 Mach 2 and F77-the main European markets including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. The company will export completely built units (CBU) by India, with the distribution managed through local partners.
Explaining the logic underlying the choice of Europe as the first global destination, the CEO and co-founder Narayan Subramaniam has mentioned the strong culture of motorcycling in the region and the appreciation for the design and performance.

Ultraviolet motorcycles have been developed with a global perspective from the beginning. “We were clear that we want to build a brand outside India capable of climbing globally. So, selection of components, design, software architecture – Everyone has been designed thinking about global markets,” added Subremaniam.
The company considers 2025 as a “pilot year” for the European company, focusing on the creation of the presence of the brand, on the networks of distributors and on the understanding of consumer preferences. The large -scale operations and the expanded ambitions will follow in the coming years.
Plans for further post-European global expansion
Once established firmly in Europe, Ultraviolette plans to expand in the South -East Asia and Latin America. These markets are taken into consideration for the phases of future growth following the success in Europe.
On the possibility of establishing local manufacturing in Europe, Subramaniam has said: “For now, we will make production in India and export to Europe, thanks to the import tasks of EV relaxed”. However, he recognized that the local assembly could be considered in the future with the increase in volumes.
With its European strategic launch and the ambitious objectives of revenue of exports, ultraviolet is positioning themselves as a global electrical mobility innovator. Taking advantage of the strengths of the production of India and targeting the most demanding international markets, the company aims to establish a strong global imprint in the Premium electric motorcycle segment.
