National Testing Agency UGC Net June session exam date has changed. You can check the new schedule of UGC NET exam 2025 on ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET exam will be for 85 subjects and it will be organized by NTA. UGC NET exam 2025 will be in two shifts. The exam of the first shift will be from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be between 3 pm and 6 pm. UGC NET exam is conducted to get eligibility as Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor and for admission to PhD.

When will UGC NET Admit Card come?

According to the NTA, the information of UGC NET exam city will be given 10 days before the exam. Its details will also be able to check on ugcnet.nta.ac.in. UGC NET Admit Card 2025 Exam will be released after the city list. No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without UGC NET Admit Card 2025. Candidates are advised to keep checking the latest updates related to the admit card on UGCNET.AC.in, the official website of UGC NET.

UGC NET exam pattern 2025

Through the UGC NET exam, junior professor fellowships are found in universities and other higher education institutions across the country, the eligibility of Assistant Professor is determined and entrance is given in PhD. The UGC NET exam takes place 2 times a year in June and December. There are two papers in the UGC NET exam. In UGC NET Paper 1, questions related to general qualification and teaching interest are asked. At the same time, questions are asked from the subject selected by the candidates in Paper 2. The minimum qualification for general category is 40% and 35% for reserved category.
