This thinking inspired him continuously. Abhay says that when the financial condition of the house is not good and lack of resources, then only one thing is with you. ”

Abhay told that he lived in a small room and studied with the notes made by himself. There was no support of expensive coaching or online class. Come from village to Kamalganj daily and then studied till late night. This was his routine.

4 hours of sleep, hard training
While preparing for the UP police, he told that he spent two years in the first 4 hours of sleep. It was common for them to get up at 4 in the morning and start studying and continue till 1 o’clock in the night. Abhay says that police training changes a person mentally and physically, and he is now ready to deal with every challenge.

Along with studies, Abhay has also been very active in sports. He also showed his strength many times in the village level in kabaddi and race. He believes that not only with book knowledge, but also physical fitness brings balance in life.
