But you also have to choose an oven, which in my case arrived four days before meals. The oven does not have the obligation to keep it – you can return within 100 days, if it does not agree with you – but to obtain the steep discount, you will have to stick to six weeks of the food plan. Otherwise, pay the whole price or return the oven.
The sale on tovaus meals is easily, without compromising the consistency. They are quite easy to prepare that I would not really consider it to cook. It is mainly a question of organizing some ingredients between two tray trays. I cut some peppers for a bowl of coriander chimichurri, but for the rest, the only knife I used in six meals was the one I used to cut my filet mignon after it was cooked.

The oven boasts some QR scanner and bar codes like those of the supermarket. Use it to scan the recipe card and the oven does practically the rest, often pedaling through the same small trio of functions: steam, cooking convection, then a small grill to brown the upper part. It’s a simple trick, but it’s good. Most meals take less than 2 minutes to prepare and less than 20 to cook.
I would not call the meals too complex or stratified, but they were surprisingly worldly and varied, ranging from a sweet harassing salmon of chilli pepper with vegetables and noodles in brine, to a credible Italian chicken parm of red sauce. A “spanikopita quesadilla” that compromises the globe, bent spinach, tzatziki and feta in a tortilla: the latter was both tasty and a little harmful, and I would have appreciated a small side.
