The Spanish brand Mango adds Helena Helmersson to board for global growth

Mango, one of the main international fashion brands, has strengthened its company governance structure by appointing Helena Helmersson as a new independent member of her board of directors, the highest decision -making authority of the company. This strategic move, decided by the Board of Directors last week, aligns with the best international practices and strengthens the professional management model that Mango has diligently advanced in recent years.With over 20 years of international experience in the fashion sector, Helmersson has held various leadership roles within the H&M group, including the CEO from 2020 to 2024, at the head of sustainability, production and global operations. Helmersson is also president of the Board of Directors of Circulosio and member of the Holding AG and Quizrr Board of Directors. Its international background and experience in the H&M group, a global fashion brand with presence in over 75 markets, brings a strategic perspective to the Mango government body.
