The South Korean game company Krafton Inc has declared Tuesday that he accepted to buy the advertising and animation group of Japan ADK for 75 billion yen ($ 516.21 million).Krafton, the developer and publisher of the successful game “Pubg: Battlegrounds”, said in a declaration that would acquire Bain Capital Japan’s mother society.

ADK, one of the first three complete advertising groups of Japan, participated in the production of over 300 animations, said Krafton.

He participated in the animation production for IPS including Doraemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! And Crayon Shin-chan, according to the website of an ADK affiliate.

“By combining the planning of ADK’s animation and the production skills with the global development and service experience of Krafton, we plan to jointly create new added values ​​that have not been tried before maintaining the identity of both companies,” said Krafton.
