The iPad is now a complete computer

But Apple is heading in this direction for a while. In 2020, the Magic keyboard brought an extra door and a complete trackpad on the iPad. Therefore, in 2022, the company introduced the external display support and, finally, in the update of 2024 to iPad Pro, the webcam was moved to portrayed mode. But this year’s update seems to really reach the turning point. And Apple also sold the premise in two really intelligent ways.

The iPad Pro and MacBook Air have always been confused in the price and specific, surely, there is the danger of cannibelize its products. I do not doubt that Apple will both maintain as long as possible, but I feel more inclined than never to compare the two directly. This is even more true since the iPados update will also be available on iPad and iPad Mini of basic when this autumn will be officially published later.

So, does all this mean that an adequate union between iPados and macOS in the works? Or how about a touchscreen MacBook?
