Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd (Abd) has acquired the global property of the “MANSION HOUSE” Liquor brands and “Savoy Club” by fully acquiring based in Singapore Uuto Asia Pte. Ltd.In a meeting held on June 10, 2025, the ABD Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 100% Auto Asia share capital, announced the spirits with Wednesday.

The total consideration for the agreement was € 1.225 million (excluding the stamp duty and withdrawals) and the transaction was completed with immediate effect.

With this acquisition, Uto Asia becomes an entirely owned by Abd.

The company holds legal rights and benefits for the brands of Mansion House and Savoy Club globally – excluding some markets of the South -est Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, China and Myanmar.

Abd said that the agreement aligns with its strategic expansion objectives and allows him to strengthen the positioning of his brand through international markets. “The acquisition of Uto Asia and the associated property of law all over the world, the title and interest for the brands of the home and clubs of Savoy … allows him to obtain full control over the brands on a global scale, facing in particular regional interests in the key markets,” said the company in a note.

The acquisition, added Abd, should help improve the presence of the brand and guide growth in the global liqueur segment.
