Honorable mentions

We try almost every pair of new training gems that come out. Here are some that we also like that it did not earn a space above.

Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2 for $ 180: In 2024, Jabra announced that this generation of the Elite Active series would have been his last, which I hate, because these are the best. They are comfortable, safe, they seem surprising, they have a pleasantly opaque consistency and an intelligent custody. These will be obsolete in two years. I cry.

Jlab Epic Sport Anch 3 per $ 100: This is the updated version of Go Air Sport above, with double hybrid drivers for better sound, a higher IP evaluation, better battery life and an active noise cancellation. You need a completely sealed solution for anch to be effective, which these do not have; I still can hear people in the gym when I lift weights. However, in any other way these headphones meet their promises and feel incredibly safe.

H2O Audio Tri 2 Pro Multi-Sport for $ 200: These are a huge improvement in the first iteration of the brand waterproof headphones, with a better fit, better buttons and a better silicone finish. I also like the charging case! However, they are more expensive than the Shokz and use a owner charger instead of USB-C, which is annoying.

Anker Soundcore Aerofit 2 for $ 100: I like the price, the beautiful colors and the sound is fantastic. However, they are a little more voluminous than some of our other choices and the a little less safe fit.

Jlab Jbuds Mini for $ 40: If I spent my money, I would buy a couple of JLAB training buds and I would have finished. Last year I had fun with these nice tiny gems and I am also in our best wireless ear guide.

Suunto Sonic for $ 129: If you want to try a neck -style headphones like the Shokz above, but for more economic, Sawh also like these light headphones with a balanced sound profile.

Shokz Openrun Pro for $ 160: These headphones still work perfectly and are smaller than the new version. There is also a Mini version ($ 130) Where the neck is almost a shorter thumb, which I like, because I am smol.

Speck Gneones Sport for $ 70: These are cheap and adapt well. The buttons are a bit too sensitive and the sound is considerably more brazen than most of our other choices, but they are not Bad.

Mentions dishonorable

There is nothing more annoying than carving out some time on your day for a training, get out of the door and realize that you cannot listen to your funny podcast because your headphones are shocking. These are the ones I hated.

Raycon bone conduction headphones for $ 85: I have no idea if they play well, because they pressed me directly on the ear canal, where they buzzed the flesh of my eardrums and not bones. It was unbearable.

Anker Soundcore C40I for $ 100: These have fulfilled to all my worst imaginations on the ear springs; They fell before running an isolated along my way. I put them in my pocket and I no longer worn them for the rest of the race.

Oladance Sport for $ 180: These have a high IPX evaluation and decent sound. However, the neck is too big for me, so they continue to fall out of place and the buttons are difficult to use and unpleasant to push.

1 more suitable for $ 130: Don’t buy them. They look ok, but the buttons are so sensitive that I have not been able to run for more than five minutes without a song that jumps or the music that goes out.

Suunto Wing for $ 200: These seem very beautiful and are equipped with a pile of weighted accessories, such as a case and a charging holder. But they play too beaten for this price.

Suunto Aqua for $ 115: I would like Suunto to improve his software experience. The lifeguard in the pool actually screamed me for the lane while trying to make them work. Only for this reason, I have to continue going with the Shokz headphones above.
