The former CEO of Tata Digital Naveen Tahiliyani, who had moved from Tata Aia in March 2024, came out abruptly in July within a year of his mandate. The new top executive will have a clear mandate to revisit the organization, simplify operations and instill a closer alignment through the group’s digital portfolio of the group which includes the Bigbasket food delivery company, Epharmacy Tata 1mg, the Croma dealer and the style of Lifestyle Etailer Tata Cliq.The appointment of an external CEO would mark a change of strategy for Tata Digital after having relying exclusively on internal leadership in recent years.
