UPSC CAPF Story: Dreams seen in childhood can be fulfilled by very few people. To fulfill these dreams, one needs to work in the same direction. Today we are going to tell about one such person who had a dream of wearing uniforms since childhood. To fulfill this dream, he has achieved 22nd rank by passing the UPSC CAPF exam. The name of whom we are telling about is Rahul Sharma.
IIT, IISER-Mohali studied
Rahul’s education is also praiseworthy. He has obtained a postgraduate degree from IISER-Mohali and is currently doing MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from IIT-Mandi. He said that he has been a dream since childhood to serve the country by wearing uniforms. His grandparents, retired principal Bali Ram Sharma and Bhandaro Devi, also wanted to see him as a responsible officer.
Father SDM, mother is the head of the Department of Zoology
Rahul Sharma comes from an inspirational family background. His father Rakesh Sharma is an officer of Himachal Administrative Service (HAS) and is currently working as Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Nadaun. His mother is the head of the Department of Zoology at Gautam College, Hamirpur. Rahul has credited his success to the support of his parents and the blessings of grandparents. He said that this was his inspiration and belief, which brought him to this point.
