The SPADEX mission was successfully launched by ISRO on 30 December. The goal of the mission is the performance of docking in space using a small spacecraft. For this, the PSLV C60 rocket was launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Center of Sriharikota. This rocket took two satellites of 220kg with it. ISRO states that the SPADEX mission shows a low -cost technology for docking in space. This is a very important technique for India’s future space missions. It is going to play an important role in the search on the moon and the development of the Indian Space Station (BAS). On being successful in the mission, India will become the fourth country in the world with space docking capacity.
