Sarkari Naukri: Recruitment to 1850 posts in government company heavy vehicle factory, opportunity for ITI people

Sarkari Naukri: There is a great opportunity for unemployed youth at the heavy vehicle factory (HVF) at Avadi, Tamil Nadu. Bumper recruitment has been taken out on 1850 posts of Junior Technician here. The special thing is that these recruitments will be done in many trades including electricians, machineists, welders, fitter, carpenter. Recruitment will be done on contract

Under this recruitment process, qualified candidates will be selected on fixed tenure based contract. Initially selected candidates will be placed on a one -year contract. If the performance of the selected candidates is satisfactory, then the contract period can be extended for three years. Qualification for technician recruitment

Educational qualification:

NAC/NTC (National Apprenticeship/Trade Certificate) in related trade is mandatory (ITI also valid).

Some trades such as Operator Material Handling Equipment, Rigger, Sand & Shot Blaster should be class 10th + 2 years experience (in industry).

Age limit

General: Maximum 35 years

OBC‑NCL: +3 years

SC/ST: +5 years

PWBD: +10 years (extra with other categories)

Ex‑pprentice Trainee, Ex‑seervicemen, and experienced candidates are also exempted as per rules

Salary

Basic Pay: ₹ 21,000

Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): Will be applicable

Special Allowance: 5% of Basic

Annual Increment: 3% per year of Basic Pay (only when the previous period is successfully completed)

Additional allowances:

Allowance for medical, accident insurance, traffic, telephone etc. as ₹ 3,000/month
EPF (provident fund) contribution

Gratuity after 1 year service: 15 days salary per year

X -resia up to ₹ 10 lakh on accident death

Housing or HRA based on availability
