RPSC RAS 2024: The matter of postponing the RPSC RAS 2025 main examination of Rajasthan Public Service Commission has reached the High Court. On the one hand, the candidates are adamant on conducting the examination, on the other hand, the Commission has filed a Keviet in the High Court, following the existence.
Strike for 10 days to postpone exam
Meanwhile, the demand to postpone RAS 2024 main examination has gained momentum. Candidates seeking to postpone the examination have been continuously staging a sit -in at the main gate of Rajasthan University for the last 10 days. He argues that until the recruitment process of RAS 2023 is completed, it is not appropriate to conduct any new examination. Candidates have a complaint about getting less time for the confusion and preparation of dual selection.
What is Keviet?
Keviet is a legal safety measure. If a person or institution fears that a petition can be filed against him in the court, then it can already file a keviet. Its aim is that the court must give a chance to listen to that party before any order.
