

When Royal Enfield launched Himalayan 450, it was a completely new direction for the brand. For the first time, we saw a Royal Enfield motorcycle with modern technology and characteristics, which were therefore translated on Guerrilla 450, a Roadster bike. Now, Xtr Pepo has customized Guerrilla 450 in a racing bike with a ton of updates. Let’s take a closer look.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 modified
There is always a special place for Royal Enfield motorcycles in the world of personalized bicycles. There are many manufacturers of personalized bicycles all over the world who have cut splendid masterpieces based on Royal Enfield bikes. The famous Custom Bicycle Manufacturer Pepo Rosell that Corre Xtr Pepo has changed a 450 guerrilla warfare in a personalized race bike.



Call GRR 450, this Build was presented at the Wheels and Waves 2025 festival in Biarritz, France. This Build was commissioned by Royal Enfield Factory with a 450 guerrilla roadster as a donor bike. Looking at Build’s details on the Xtr Pepo website, it is clear that it is a huge project and involves a lot of work, but the spectacular results speak for themselves.
The main change is in the bodywork, which is completely personalized. We can see a sculpted fuel tank, a quarter of fairing, a belly and other fiber elements. So we have XTR carbon fiber rear mudguard and hugs for tires together with a single set configuration and a seat hood for canons integrated with a back.



Then there are the premium components and the changes to GRR 450. This build is based on a modified mainframe and on a personalized attic frame together with the rear sound of Aprilia RS 660. The front end is strongly personalized with a shorter corner of trail, low set clip handlebar, repositioned tripoper tfter tfter tfter and front forks adjustable from Aprilia RSV 1000.
Premium components
The rear suspensions are managed by the mono-shock configuration of Nitrox and foot pegs are significantly more rear than what they are in guerrilla 450. We can also see an important revision in the braking department since GRR 450 obtains a double disk brake configuration in the front with the calaling of closet together with a single disc discs in the back with the Callings of Brembo.



Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 modified in the GRR 450 runs on 17 -inch alloy wheels in forged Dyman aluminum on both ends, wrapped with Contisport Attack 2 tires (120/70 front and 160/60 rear). Other remarkable elements include a lighter lithium -based battery, aluminum pignons and triple Machined S&P CNC terminal.
Although it is not confirmed, Xtr Pepo may have made some changes to the engine to eliminate more performance than the 40 HP and 40 Nm stock figures. We can see a new carbon fiber airbox and a personalized spark titanium exhaust. The motorcycle ended up in the color inspired by the race to give a sports look.
