Recruitment of 4,350 posts started in Uttar Pradesh AYUSH Department.

Sarkari naukri: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to give a big gift to the youth of the state. The CM has recently instructed to fill the vacant posts as soon as possible in the AYUSH department meeting. After this, the department has started the process of recruitment to a total of 4,350 vacant posts in Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathic Departments. Some of these posts will be filled through promotion, direct recruitment, accounting and financial cadre PSS cadre. At the same time, Adhiradhan has been sent for some posts.

State Principal Secretary Ayush Ranjan Kumar said that CM Yogi instructed to start the recruitment process on vacant posts on the basis of priority for the purpose of making Ayush medical services more effective in the meeting. He gave clear instructions that there should be enough human resources to strengthen traditional medical practices. The Department of AYUSH will have recruitment for important positions like Director, Deputy Director, Lecturer, Professor, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Metron, Reader.

How many posts will be recruited on total? ‌

A total of 7,233 posts are approved in Ayurveda medical services. Out of which 3,025 posts are vacant. Similarly, out of total 462 sanctioned posts in Unani medical services, 161 are vacant. Whereas, out of 3,818 sanctioned posts in homeopathy medical services, 1,164 are vacant.

Which major posts will be recruited?

The Department of AYUSH will have recruitment in posts like Professor, Lecturer, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacist, Metron, Reader, Deputy Director, Assistant Controller, Principal, Deputy Medical Officer and Spokesperson.
