New Delhi (QS World University Rankings 2026): QS World University Ranking 2026 includes 54 institutes in India. It is nothing short of a historical achievement for India in the field of higher education. India had 46 institutions in the year 2024 and 2025 QS World University rankings, 41 in 2023 and 35 in 2022. There were only 11 universities in this list of 2014. Accordingly, there has been an increase of 390%. After the US, UK and China, India has become the fourth most representative country in the world.
