The initiative is part of Tex-Dan, a project financed by the EU led by the University of Applied Sciences of Salzburg, which aims to develop innovative and ready concepts for the market that promote models of circular economy for small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile sector in the Danube region.
Oeti, in collaboration with the sustainable brand of the Austrian designer Julia Deiger, launched the quality inspected label at regional level under the Tex-Dan project financed by the EU. On the basis of the experience of Oeti and independent verification, the label guarantees transparency, highlights regional production in Austria and promotes circular textile models and efficient from resources.
As an accredited and independent test institute, Oeti – Institute for Ecology, Technology and Innovation GmbH brings its vast experience to this project partnership. Together with the designer Julia Deiger, Oeti has developed the new quality inspected label “produced at regional level”.
This label confirms the strong regional attention and the sustainable philosophy of the Ladin brand: the entire value chain is based exclusively in Austria, using only natural and durable materials. The label improves transparency for consumers and highlights the brand’s commitment for the high efficiency textile production of resources.
Through this project, Oeti and Julia Deiger are making a valuable contribution to the promotion of local production models at the level of the future within the European textile industry.
