In this way Nikhil Sonnad of Karnataka succeeded in the NEET exam. He has secured 17th rank in this examination. The main reason for his success was hard work, continuous efforts in studies and the support of their teachers and parents.
670 marks out of 720 in NEET
Nikhil, who scored 670 out of 720 in NEET UG, is a resident of Vijaypura in Karnataka. He scored 98.3% marks in II PU exam in Science Stream. Apart from this, he has also secured 8th rank in B.Sc (agriculture) in CET-2025. He never kept any fixed schedule or time for studies. This year the NEET exam was quite challenging, especially the questions of physics were difficult. But without panic, he understood and solved the questions carefully.
Strong base and problem solve technology
Nikhil, who performed brilliantly in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test exam, paid special attention to making a strong basis of subjects in studies. From the very beginning, they started solving problems. This helped them easily understand and apply the principles learned in class.
Guidance and regular mock test of teachers
Nikhil, a resident of Vijaypura, told that he understood whatever he learned in the classroom during his studies and repeatedly repeated it. When a problem could not be solved, the teachers used to help him the next day. Apart from this, the regular mock test conducted in the college helped a lot in understanding the type of questions asked in the examination.
Family atmosphere and inspiration
Nikhil’s parents are both doctors, so they have been interested in the medical field since childhood. His inclination was natural towards this area by listening to medical related talks at home. Nikhil Neurosurgeon is the son of Dr. Siddappa Sonnad and ophthalmologist Dr. Meenakshi. Nikhil spends his free time in badminton and chess playing, as well as he likes to write poems. He said that playing chess improved his concentration and ability to focus.
