Kinetic is a 2W basic brand known in India for a long time. The brand has witnessed a fall and is making a great return to the electric scooter domain. The kinetic group controls Kinetic Engineering Ltd which further controls the green and the kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd. The first already sells 2W electric in the form of e-zulu, Zing and Luna.
The latter, Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd, is quite interesting because it is the culmination of Kinetic Engineering Ltd (Kel) and kinetic communications. This new vertical has the task of developing integrated solutions for electric, controllers and batteries, but the company has just patented a new electric scooter. Let’s take a closer look.
New patented kinetic electric scooter
Kinetic Watts and Volts has just patented a new electric scooter in India that could block the horns with the current harvest of family electric scooters such as Hero Vida, Ather Rizta, TVS Iquube, Bajaj Chetok and Ola S1 of family -style scooters. It could even be said that the kinetic is also drawing on the nostalgia tab that Bajaj Chetok currently has, with retro design.

The inspiration of the design seems to come from the Honda ZX kinetics, which was a successful scooter in India. We can see a similar general silhouette, bringing design to modern times. The front mudguard in particular, reminds us of the Honda ZX kinetics and so also the front apron, which seems elegant and slender. There is a kinetic logo on this apron that seems clean.
The lighthouse is rectangular in shape located on the handlebar flanked by those that seem to be turning officers in the shape of a kinetic logo. Above the lighthouse, there is a fake shielding from Moscow as on the Honda kinetic that also receives kinetic letters. The ORVMs are square in shape and the floor looks quite spacious and accommodating.
The panels of the side body are performed, it reminds us of the Honda ZX kinetics with a minimum design. Grab Rail is a large single -piece unit and there is no rear spare wheel here, unlike the original Kinetic Honda ZX. The alloy wheels seem to have a three -spoke design and it seems that there is also front disc brake, which is not clearly visible from the corner in this design patent.

What to expect?
Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd inaugurated a new production system last month in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra, designed to create electric vehicles and its components. The company is likely to target the segment of traditional electric scooters in India, which is currently shouting. There is a good probability that this new arrival scooter be sold vertically kinetic green, rather than generating another 2W brand with kinetic name.
