IAS officers are of 2010 batch
IAS Avnish Kumar Singh is originally from Uttar Pradesh and is a 2010 batch IAS officer. After passing UPSC, he became IAS and was appointed in West Champaran for the first time. He was made ADM in West Champaran and worked there from 9 June 2011 to 21 August 2012. After this, he was transferred on 21 August 2012 as an SDO in Patna.
