NEET UG 2025, MBBS Admission: A big update has surfaced about the NEET UG 2025 exam. The Supreme Court has clearly refused to transfer a petition challenging the conduct of this examination from the Delhi High Court. The court says that this petition is based on the personal problem of any one student, not any major problem which is applicable to all candidates. Therefore, the Delhi High Court is the right place to take a decision in this matter.
NEET Exam 2025: What is the whole matter?
A student had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court regarding the NEET UG 2025 examination, which claimed a disturbance in the examination conducting. The petition was demanded to transfer to the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court dismissed it, saying that the case was related to the personal complaint of any one student, not a big flaw which questioned the whole system which questioned the whole system. Students were not given necessary instructions during the examination, which increased their problems, but the Supreme Court has advised to settle the matter in the High Court itself. The court also said that the petitioner can apply for hearing in the Delhi High Court at the earliest.
