NEET Result 2025, MBBS Admission: The result of NEET UG 2025 is coming soon, but before that a big update has come out. The Indore bench of MP High Court has ruled after a hearing on 9 June that the result of 75 students will be stopped, while the results of all the rest will be released by June 14. This case has been related to some exam centers in Indore where there was a huge problem during the agam on 4 May.
NEET UG 2025 Exam: What happened on 4 May?
The NEET UG exam was going on in Indore on 4 May 2025, but in the shift of 2 to 5 pm, there was a lot of trouble at some centers. Electricity lost due to strong thunderstorms and rain. The condition at centers like PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 was that there was darkness and there was no power backup arrangement. The students had to give paper in the dark. At 4:30 pm, the center people lit the candles at 4:30 pm. Out of these, 75 students filed a petition in the High Court, which said that in such a condition, their paper was spoiled.
NEET UG 2025 Exam: What did the High Court say?
The complaint of these 75 students was heard in the Indore Bench of MP High Court. The court made it clear that the result of these 75 students will be stopped. The result of all other students should be released by NTA (National Testing Agency) by 14 June 2025. The last hearing of this case will be held after June 26. The court also said that whatever decision will be taken after June 26. It will be applicable to the entire result, that is, if the result of these 75 students is released later, then the merit list can also change.
NEET UG 2025 Exam: What did the students demand?
75 students of Indore, who have taken NEET exams, have demanded from the court that either their exam should be taken again or any other way should be taken out to make the fair evaluation of their paper.
A student Prabhu Panda told that last year I was getting MBBS seat, but I thought I will work hard for one more year so that the condition of the exam center was ruined my future. While the father of a student Samriddhi Aggarwal said that there was no arrangement at the center, which the parents were also surprised to see.
NEET UG 2025 Result: Why is this problem?
This time NTA made government schools the exam center of NEET UG for the first time, but these schools did not have basic facilities like power backup. Earlier private schools and computer labs were made to centers, where there were no such problems. Last year, there was a lot of controversy about NEET UG in 2024, after which government schools were selected this time, but this decision turned upside down.

In Indore, 27,000 students gave the exam and now they are worried about their future. Many students from the examination centers came out crying and desperate. The court’s decision has come up with a hope of relief for 75 students who filed the petition. The way for the students has cleared the result. If you have given NEET UG 2025, then wait for the result by June 14 and if you are one of the 75 students whose results have been stopped, then wait for the hearing after June 26.
