If there is no rain in Nautapa, then the chances of rain are reduced. In the 9 days of Nautapa, the rays of the sun fall directly on the earth and the fierce heat starts falling. When the Sun enters Rohini Nakshatra in Jyeshtha month, the heat of summer begins because the lord of Rohini Nakshatra is Chandra Dev, so when the Sun comes in the Rohini Nakshatra, then the cold of the moon starts decreasing, so there is a scorching heat of 9 days of Nautapa.

So do not eat brinjal in Nautapa
According to the Aryuveda, even forgetting in 9 days of Nautapa, brinjal should not be eaten because the nature of brinjal is hot. Eggplants are high in oxalate, due to which the risk of stomach stones is high. Avoid eating these things in Nautapa
Apart from brinjal, food with more oil spices should be avoided in Nautapa, there is a possibility of malfunctioning digestive power from curd. In the 9 days of Nautapa, eating curd in 9 days of Nautapa has been told. If you cannot leave the entire heat yogurt, then at least avoid eating curd in Nautapa. Eat these things in Nautapa
According to Aryuveda, eating seasonal fruits in Nautapa is very beneficial. In these 9 days, you should eat more and more things like watermelon, melon, cucumber, coconut water, cucumber etc. Also, keep consuming water from time to time, it will not allow lack of water in your body. Eating Sattu in Nautapa is said to be very beneficial, eating sattu can also avoid heat heat.
