To know what is in those samples, they have to be brought to the earth. Only then will scientists be able to tell the world about them by testing lab.

Initially, NASA had estimated the budget of Mars sample returns $ 7 billion. It has now increased and the budget is expected to reach $ 11 billion. The mission has been continuously delayed, after which NASA has to take several steps.
