The officer quoted his unhappy mother as saying that he repeatedly kept saying “Uncle I will buy chips”, but no answer was received and finally he allegedly left the shop with a packet chips. The officer, citing the family’s complaint, said that Dixit allegedly chased him and came back to the shop after some time, slapped him and asked him to sit in front of everyone.
