JSSC CGL Paper Leak: Jharkhand High Court has retained the JSSC CGL result. The next hearing on the case will now be held on July 15.

Jssc cgl paper leak: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission heard the petition filed in the JSSC CGL examination paper leak case in the Jharkhand High Court. The petition was heard by the bench of Chief Justice MS Ramchandra Rao and Justice Rajesh Shankar. The court upheld the ban on releasing the results of JSSC CGL.

In the court, the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission’s side was presented by Advocate Sanjay Piparwal and the petitioner by advocate Ajit Kumar. The court has kept the next hearing date on 15 July.

What is the whole matter

Prakash Kumar has filed a petition in the High Court to cancel the JSSC CGL examination. The petitioner has demanded the cancellation of it, alleging disturbances in the examination. Along with this, a committee of retired judge of CBI or High Court has also been requested to be done. During the last hearing on the matter, time was sought from the state government.

What is controversy over JSSC CGL

The joint graduate level examination of Jharkhand Employees Selection Aayoga was held on 21 and 22 September 2024. Students say that only 82 students were passed in the examination which took place on 21 September. While 2149 candidates passed the result of September 22 examination. Under this, 863 posts of Assistant Administrative Officer, 335 of Junior Secretariat Assistant, 182 of Labor Enforcement Officer, 5 of Planning Assistant, 252 of Block Supplies Officer and 185 of Zonal Officer are to be admitted.
