Jaipur housing scheme: Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has launched several residential schemes for those who dream of home in Jaipur. People have applied in large numbers in the recently launched Ganga Vihar, Saraswati Vihar, and Yamuna Vihar schemes. The last date for application was June 12, which later increased by a large number of people. The maximum number of 77 thousand applications were received on the last date. Lottery will be taken out on July 2 for Ganga Vihar, Saraswati Vihar, and Yamuna Vihar schemes, in which lottery of 756 plots will be taken out.

Most of the applications in these schemes have come under the Saraswati Vihar scheme, in which more than 36 thousand applications have been received. At the same time, more than 17 thousand 900 applications have been made for 232 plots in the proposed Yamuna Vihar before Chaksu town on Jaipur-Tonk highway. More than 22 thousand 500 applications have been received for 233 plots under the proposed Ganga Vihar scheme at some distance from Bassi railway gate.

Plots of EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG category will be allocated according to different income groups in all three residential schemes. Group housing, flats, resorts, commercial and retail commercial plots will also be reserved in these schemes. 100 feet and 160 feet wide roads will be built in the land of the scheme and 1.25 hectares of land will be reserved for school and playground.

313 plots will be allotted under Saraswati Vihar scheme. JDA has kept the reserve price of Rs 11 thousand per sqm for this scheme. It will have 95 for EWS, 74 for LIG, 66 for MIG-A, 48 for MIG-B, and 30 plots for HIG.

There will be 231 plots in the Ganga Vihar scheme of Bassi town. The scheme will have 131 for EWS, 36 for LIG, and 65 plots for MIG-A. The reserve rate of this scheme will be 14 thousand rupees per sqm.

232 plots will be allotted under the Yamuna Vihar scheme of Chaksu town. The reserve rate of this scheme will be Rs 15,500 per sqm. It will have 43 for EWS, 66 for LIG, 74 for MIG-A, 11 for MIG-B, and 38 for HIG.
