All the missions that have been landed on the moon till date were the missions of all government agencies. Years ago, when humans reached the moon, the mission was made successful by the American space agency NASA. Government agencies of Russia and China have also reached their missions on the moon. Last year, India’s Chandrayaan-3 mission made a successful landing on the moon, which was the mission of ISRO, India’s official agency.
This is the first time on Friday that a private company’s moon lander has stepped on the moon. It was first tried by an Israeli company in 2019, but it failed. Last year, Japanese private company also sent its mission to the moon, but he crashed during the landing. Now the intensive machines have achieved this success.
Breaths stuck till the last time
According to media reports, the breath of the engineers associated with the mission control remained stuck till the last time. The landing was not confirmed even a few minutes after the fixed landing. Engineers were setting up the communication with the lander again. Eventually a signal was found, which confirmed that the lander had landed on the surface of the moon.
Mission reached the moon in record 8 days
The IM-1 mission record reached the moon in 8 days. On 15 February, it flew with the help of Phalkan-9 rocket of Spacex. The mission went to the moon with the same route, which was sent to Apollo Mission about 50 years ago. The US space agency NASA had contracted about a thousand crore rupees with the company for this mission.
Odicius lander will work for 7 days after landing on the surface of the moon.
