ISRO says that in Hello class, Aditya L-1 spacecraft takes 178 days to complete a round around the L-1 point. ISRO said that while walking in Hello class, Aditya L-1 comes in contact with many forces, which is expected to go out of class.
The agency said that Aditya-L1 was changed twice on 22 February and 7 June to maintain this class. This was also done for the third time on Tuesday so that the spacecraft would travel around L1 in the second Hello orbit.
What is the purpose of Aditya L1
The purpose of the mission is to study the photos of the Sun, chromosfier and corona. It is India’s first space based observant. Aditya has a special eye on the events occurring in the Sun such as coronal mass, solar flare.
What is Sun-Priti’s L1 point
The L1 point is 1.5 million kilometers from the Earth. Sun can always be monitored from here. Aditya Spacecraft has taken 7 scientific instruments with it. They are all vaikashi and have been prepared by various departments of India. Different parts of the Sun are being studied with the help of instruments.
