ICSI CS Dec 2025: Examination dates come, paper will be from December 22, register by 31 July

ICSI has released the schedule of CS Executive and Professional December 2025 exam. These exams will be from 22 December to 29 December 2025. All papers will be in the same shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
There will be no exam on 25 December (Christmas).

December 22 (Monday):
-Executive: Judicial, Interpretation and General Law (Group-1)
-Professional: Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)-Principle and Behavior (Group-1)
23 December (Tuesday):
-Executive: Capital Market and Securities Act (Group-2)
-Professional: Strategic Management and Corporate Finance (Group-2)
December 24 (Wednesday):
-Executive: Company Law and Behavior (Group-1)
-Professional: Drafting, pleading and attendance (Group-1)
26 December (Friday):
-Executive: Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Act (Group-2)
-Professional: Corporate Reorganization, Evaluation and Bankruptcy (Group-2)
December 27 (Saturday):
-Executive: Establishment of Business, Industrial and Labor Law (Group-1)
-Professional: Compliance Management, Audit and De Diligence (Group-1)
28 December (Sunday):
-Executive: Tax Law and Behavior (Group-2)
– Professional: Alternative Topics 2 (Open Book): Mediator, GST, Labor Law, Banking, Insolvency etc.
December 29 (Monday):
-Executive: Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (Group-1)
– Professional: Alternative Topics 1 (Open Book): CSR, Forensic Audit, IPR, AI, Tax Law etc.

If you want to give only one group exam, you can register by 31 July 2025, but the deadline for registration for both groups was 31 May 2025, which is over. Hurry, time is not left much.

1. Go to ICSI.EDU of ICSI.
2. Find and click ICSI CS December 2025 Time Table link on the homepage.
3. The datasheet will be seen on the screen in PDF.
4. Download it and take out the printout, so that it can be easily available later.

ICSI conducted the CS Executive June 2025 exam on 8 June. It requires at least 50% marks to pass. The students who have passed, can now give the CS professional exam of December 2025.
– The result of June exam will come on 25 August 2025 at 2 pm.
