Kshitij Verma, who lives in Hinu in the capital Ranchi, passed the UPSC examination in 2023 in his third attempt. He ran the all over India 366 rank. Kshitij says that every day half an hour meditation used to give them a lot of relief to read, this gives them a lot of clarity.

He further said, ‘My mother is a teacher and father is a government employee. There was some stress due to failure in the first atampt. But I thought it is better to take tension that the mistake is to focus more on it. Gave equal time to every subject, then the result came to my favorite.

At the same time, Kanika, who brought the All of India number one rank in the exam of UPSC IFS this year, says, ‘I gave the Civil Services Exam twice. But could not leave both times. But I never thought of number one rank in IFS. For this, I have studied 12 hours every day and have done one day and night.

He further said, ‘The party, marriage left everything. I knew that bus study room and my table, study lamp. Revision is the most important for this exam. You will read 50 books and if you remember nothing, it will not work like this. Even though read the same book, it should be remembered well, so revision is the most important. In the last attempt, I kept studying till the last moment, it was my fault.

Videshu Shekhar Jha, who hails from Ranchi, has got 59th rank in the Civil Services Examination-2024 of the Union Public Service Commission. Prior to this, he has succeeded in the 2022 UPSC exam. Videshu has studied from DAV Bariatu of Ranchi. Also, civil engineering is studied from VIT Vellore.

Videshu’s father Sushil Jha told that ‘he suddenly said suddenly going to Delhi, picked up his boria-bed and went away and the lyrics will come only as an IAS. It has been 5 years, now it will come. His mother also left with him. To give all the facilities to his son, he has also done a strong penance of 5 years. This success is not only of my son, but both mother and son.

Trivedi, who grew up in the capital Ranchi, fulfilled his dream by bringing all over India 17 rank in the Civil Service Examination of Union Public Service Commission. But this journey was not so easy because culture is currently training Indian Audit and Account Service in Shimla.

Culture told Local 18 that he got an account service in the first attack. But his dream was always to become an IAS officer. In such a situation, he continued to study with training. Training classes were done from 9 am to 5 pm. Even after this, she used to study three hours in the morning and three to four hours at night. In this way, she used to study six to seven hours every day.

Vaibhav Kumar of Ranchi, in the third attempt, achieved the 90th rank and proved that if the hard work is from the heart, then the destination is definitely available. He proved himself in the world of UPSC, leaving the bank job, family expectations and his dreams.

Vaibhav says, “The first two attams did not get success but did not lose courage. This time studied with full heart and kept any kind of stress away from itself.” Studying 10-12 hours daily was part of his routine. Started the day from 6 am to 10 in the morning and was immersed in the target till 10 pm.

Vaibhav, who trusted his notes, says, “I saw many books but in the end, the points that were understood in the end, make notes by writing in brief bullets. Then he revised them 10 to 12 times.”
