‘CBRI’ Roorkee did ‘Kamal’
Lord Rama was born at 12 noon on the day of Ram Navami. The purpose of ‘Surya Tilak’ is that every year on Ramnavami, the rays of the sun fall on the forehead of the idol of Lord Rama. To make it possible, Surya Tilak has been prepared by scientists of ‘Central Building Research Institute’ (CBRI). According to media reports, the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) of Bangalore also helped in this, so that the sun’s path would be an accurate address.
What did scientists do
Scientists used 3 mirrors to deliver the rays of the sun to Ramlala’s forehead. The first mirror was placed on the top floor (third floor) of the temple. As soon as the sun’s rays fell on that mirror at 12 noon, they were reflected in 90 degrees and transported to another mirror through one pipe. From there, the rays of the sun were reflected again and reached the third mirror through a brass pipe. After falling on the third mirror, the sun rays again reflected at 90 degrees and turned directly to Ramlala’s forehead while walking at 90 degrees with speed.
75mm size, light up to 4 minutes
When the sun rays fell on the forehead of Ramlala while passing through the pipe, he made a 75 mm surkler. For a total of minutes, the sun rays fell on the mastak of Ramlala. This entire use was done without electricity. The lens and tube used in it has been prepared by Bangalore -based company Optica.
