Honda Rebel 500 Cruiser Bike Reach Showroom

With the 650cc offers of Royal Enfield that detected the 500 cc+motorcycle segment, the rivals started to keep up with similar products. Challenging the Super Meteor 650, we have Vulcan S and Eliminator 500 from Kawasaki and the Rebel 500 recently launched by Honda. Rebel 500 is the last launched here recently.

The Honda rebel 500 is a strategic launch for India as it has a fairly appropriate price for what it offers. Speaking of, Honda Rebel 500 was launched last month in May 2025 and has a price of RS 5.12 Lakh (Ex-SH). The units have started to arrive in the showrooms and a recent video of machines rules shows the same. Let’s take a closer look.

Honda Rebel 500 Cruiser Bike

Last month, Honda launched Rebel 500 in India, which was a surprise for automotive fraternity and fans. This is because the rebel motorcycles of different movements have been patented in India for more than a decade now. Only last month were launched with a slightly reasonable price of RS 5.12 Lakh (ex-SH).

The units began to reach Showroom and Rebel 500 directly takes the Super Meteor 650 of Royal Enfield, which has a price from RS 3.68 Lakh to 3.98 Lakh (ex-SH). In comparison, the Kawasaki eliminator 500 has a price of RS 5.76 Lakh (ex-SH) and Vulcan S costs a huge RS 7.1 Lakh (ex-sh).

As in Walkaround’s video, Honda Rebel 500 adheres to its manual and silhouette bike bike design. He also has a retro spell accentuated by his circular headlights with LED units of the quad projector and circular LED turning point. It has a low seat height, front football together with shooting dumbbells.

The Pilion seat is located on the rear mudguard and looks like a rethinking. It does not matter as it is a crossed motorcycle designed mainly to satisfy only the pilot. The instrument panel is a completely digital unit housed in a circular pod with blue backlight and even gets a gear position indicator.

Specifications and functionality

The wheels are 16 inches to both ends, wrapped with front tires 130/90-16 and 150/80-16. The front gets RSU telescopic suspensions, while the rear part is suspended from twins. The sculpted fuel tank can contain 11.2 liters of fuel and tilts the scale at 191 kg. Which is not light as eliminator 500’s 176 kg, but it is much better than the weight of the sidewalk of Super Meteor 650 of 241 kg.

The power supply of this vehicle is a DOHC 4V/cylinder engine with a 471 cc parallel parallel which is able to generate 45.5 HP of peak power and 43.3 nm peak torque, coupled with a clutch clutch and a 6 -speed gearbox. The fall of the anchor on this bike is a single disc brake configuration to both ends with Nissin Callipers and double -channel abs.
