H&M opened its first French shop at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, with a square space of 63 meters for its premium children’s clothing line, H&M Adorables. The shop offers summer pieces inspired by retro and timeless bases for babies and children. Designed with natural materials, the space reflects the attention of the brand on quality, longevity and accessible luxury.
Launched all over the world last October, H&M Adorables is a carefully made collection of clothes and accessories for children, designed thinking about longevity. The Galeries Lafayette shop will provide a well -kept mix of seasonal pieces for children and children – the summer collection is inspired by a distinct retro resort atmosphere – together with fundamental objects such as sets and bans for babies.
“With the adorable H&M we want to create pieces that can last to generations and be handed down by a child in a child. The collections were born from a timeless design philosophy, carefully made of quality materials such as silk, wool and organic cotton. The parents will find lasting garments in beautiful fabrics that are both long and very accessible”, he says Sofia Löfstedt, head of the H&M Kids design.
Created by the design team of H&M stores, the shop-shop celebrates the lasting and tactile quality of natural materials, using careful wood, stone and fabric composition to create a refined background for the collections. The space is divided into two parts dedicated to children and clothing for children respectively.
