Registrar Dr. Kumar said that the university is not only provided traditional agriculture to students, but also they are being provided courses related to modern, industry. In particular, many such subjects have been included under the Post Graduate Diploma programs, which are very beneficial from the job perspective.
Such as Agri Business, Agri Tourism, Agri Management, Agri Journalism and Mass Communication. The purpose of these courses is to train students in different aspects of the agricultural industry, so that they can later play the role of new experiments and management in the agriculture sector.
Apart from this, 10 different certificate courses are also being run in the university, which teach business skills to students in a short time. These are courses –

Senior Citizen Care
Nursery management
Plant tissue culture
Artificial Insemination
Agro Transfer in Technology
Sugarcane cultivation
Fish culture
Sheep production
Mushroom Cultivation and Fish Hatchery.
Courses like Agri BSc, Agri MSc, Agri PhD are also studied here. Dr. Kumar said that through these courses, students are also getting encouragement towards self -employment and startup.
He further said that the university has been ranked 7th in the field of agricultural education across the country. This achievement has been achieved due to the excellent research, education and agricultural spread of the university. Dr. Kumar said that under the university, some major related colleges also come, which have been recognized by the National Agricultural College.
This university has really become a national education institution. Students from 27 states come here to study and teachers from 22 states teach here. With this, the diversity and inclusion here can be gauged. Students coming out of here also get good placements, so they choose this place.
