Mumbai Police said on Thursday that earlier this week a 23 -year -old man illegally entered the house of Bollywood actor Salman Khan – Galaxy apartment. This man named Jitendra Kumar Singh entered the house on May 20 at around 7:15 pm. According to the police, Singh was first seen walking around Salman’s house in Bandra at around 9:45 am. The police officer posted under the protection of Salman Khan asked him to leave. Angered by this, Singh threw his mobile phone on the ground and broke it.
Officials said that after this, in the evening the same day, Singh entered the Galaxy apartment in the car of a man living in the same building. However, he was again stopped by the police and this time, he handed it over to the Bandra police.
During interrogation, Singh told the police that he wanted to meet the actor. He said, “The police was not allowing me to meet him, so I was trying to hide.”
Police said that Jitendra Singh, who hails from Chhattisgarh, has been arrested and a case has been registered against him. Further investigation is on.
He has been kept under tight security since the attack on Salman Khan’s house last year. He was given Y+ security after the firing incident. On April 14 last year, two bike riders opened fire at Salman Khan’s house in Bandra and fled from the spot.
