First electric aircraft completed 130km flight, spent less than Rs 700

Alia CX300, the first electric plane of Beta Technologies, flew from East Hampton to John F. Kennedy Airport in the US earlier this month, with 4 passengers aboard and covered a distance of about 130 kilometers in just 30 minutes. The cost of electric flight was only Rs 694, while the fuel cost of about Rs 13,885 for the helicopter that completed the same journey was around Rs 13,885.
