A similar story is a girl who has realized her dreams on the strength of her constant efforts and confidence. He has secured 31st rank in UPSC 2024 examination. Shreya Tyagi, who comes from the middle-class family, has set an example of her hard work by getting selected in four different services in four attempts to fulfill her dream of becoming her IFS.
31st rank achieved in UPSC
Sudhir Kumar Tyagi, father of Shreya, who has secured 31st rank in UPSC Civil Services Examination, is working in the State Bank of India (SBI). But he currently lives in Dwarka, Delhi. When his posting was in Bahrain, Shreya has completed her schooling and internship from there. He scored 90% marks in high school, while in intermediate he got ‘A’ grade. After completing school education from Bahrain, he has completed graduation from Kamla Nehru College, University of Delhi University.
Puri studies from Du, JNU
Shreya, after graduating from Delhi University in the year 2017, has obtained a post graduation degree in international relations in the year 2019-2020 from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). She started preparing for the Civil Services Examination immediately after the post graduation. In the first attempt in the year 2021, he got the 4th rank in the reserve list and was selected in the Commerce Services.
IFS was riding passion
In the UPSC examination of the year 2022, Shreya secured 319th rank and made it to the Indian Defense Accounts Service. After this, in the third attempt in the year 2023, she was selected in the Department of Personnel & Training with 123rd rank. The passion to become IFS was such that he achieved 31st rank by performing the best in the fourth attempt in the 2024 examination. Currently, Shreya has worked as Assistant Commissioner (Communication) in Nagpur.
