Faridabad News: Admission in government ITI starts, get the best courses and heavy scholarship for Rs 30 fee!

Faridabad: Government Girls ITI located in the high village of Ballabhgarh seems to be the first choice of girl students this time. Daughters are taking admission here extensively to learn skills and get better job opportunities along with studies. So far, about 107 students have applied for admission in the institute. The most liked course is COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant), which has 65 seats.

The institute has a total of 254 seats and many employment courses are conducted here. These include courses like cosmetology, dress making, DMC, electronic mechanic, TPS and SSA English. Through these courses, girls are standing on their feet after learning skills. A large number of students from Atali, Fatehpur Billouch, Chandavali and nearby villages come to study here.

First merit list will be released in July
In a conversation with Local18, the principal of the institute Shyam said that the process of admission is completely based on merit. Counseling will start from June 30 after online application. The first merit list will be released on July 3 and this process will continue by the end of July.
While applying, the students will have to upload several important documents, including the 10th marksheet, family identity card (family ID), Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID or bank passbook, income certificate and caste certificate. All these documents will also have to be shown at the time of admission.

Girls get government help

According to Principal Shyam, training allowance is also given by the government to the students giving good performance. A one -year course provides assistance of Rs 7,700 per month and up to Rs 8,050 per month in two years course. Apart from this, many companies provide jobs to selected girl students at salary from Rs 11,000 to 15,000. The special thing is that most of the girls want to work close to their home, so the companies of Faridabad are given priority.

At present, 121 girls are studying in the institute. Class time lasts from 9 am to 4:40 pm. Girls who pass 12th also get extra marks in merit. If the student has scored more than 60% marks in 12th, then 5% extra marks are added to merit. At the same time, 3% extra marks are available when there is less than 60% marks.

Fees are also very low
BPL card holders and students with income less than three lakh rupees annually get a one -time financial assistance of Rs 2,500. Apart from this, an advocate amount of Rs 1,000 is sent directly to their bank account to all the students. Only Rs 30 monthly fees are charged from the students studying in the institute.
