Starlink is still awaited in India. According to the report, Starlink Service may now take about three months to launch in Bangladesh. In February, there was a conversation between Allen Musk and Bangladesh acting Prime Minister Mohammad Yunus about the possible rollout of Starlink. Now after getting the approval, the company has started setting up its team in the country and getting technical preparations.

This decision for Bangladesh can prove to be a game changer, as many remote areas there are still not digitally connected. The arrival of Starlink may lead to a major change in access to education, telemedicine, e-commerce and government services.

Starlink is still waiting for approval in India. However, India is expected to meet soon after the deal with two big telecom operators Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel. Under this deal, Starlink may soon start providing its satellite internet service in India.
