El Nino and Massive Volcanic Eruptions Triggered Mass Extinction of Life 250 Million Years ago

At that time, Al-Nino cycle is believed to be the hand behind this, which was born due to carbon dioxide gas spread in the atmosphere. This carbon dioxide gas came out due to frequent heavy explosions in volcanoes. There are indications of great destruction in the Permian period due to El Niño. At that time there were heavy volcanic eruptions (in the present Siberia) which spread so much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that a large climate change occurred. Due to this, about 90 percent species on earth were over. Although such incidents occurred in the past are rare now, they have a serious influence in terms of today’s climate crisis.

How Siberian volcano became the reason for destruction
