Single girl child quota eligibility
The single girl child quota is for girls who are the only children of their parents. Parents (or in the event of parents absence) will have to announce that the applicant is their only child and has no other children. Delhi University is already reserved for sports, PWD (persons with disabilities), armed forces children/widows (CW) and orphans. Now the only daughters of the family will get great benefit from single girl child quota.
What is the role of CUET score in DU single girl child quota?
Most UG programs of Delhi University provide admission based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) score. Admission under single girl child quota is also merit-based. In this, CUET UG 2025 score is considered. In the Non-College Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) and the School of Open Learning (SOL) undergraduate programs, admission is available based on 12th board results 2025, not on CUET score.
