In fact, Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Department is running a meritorious student scheme for smart students in writing. Under this scheme, only 10 rupees fees are charged for any student and the rest of the fees of it are deposited on its own. That is, in a way, college studies become completely free because the annual fees of any subject are from 2000 to 3000 rupees.

For this, meritorious scheme, Sambal Yojana, Chief Minister Bal Kalyan Kovi Yojana is being run. Among them, the benefit of meritorious scheme is available to students whose MP board has more than 70% marks and 85% marks of CBSE boards get it, and you can take admission by spending only 10 rupees. The government pays their fees for the college. Graduation degree comes in hand for 10 rupees.
