The shareholders on the final dividend will be approved at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). HDFC AMC has told the stock markets that its 26th AGM is going to be held on 25 June 2025. After getting the shareholders’ approval on the final dividend in AGM, its payment will be made within 30 days. The company gave an interim of Rs 70 for the financial year 2024 and the final dividend of Rs 70 per share.

The HDFC Asset Management Company’s stock closed at Rs 4810.85 on May 23 with a rise of 0.58 percent on BSE. The company’s market cap is more than Rs 1 lakh crore. The stock has risen 172 percent in the last 2 years and 27 percent in 3 months. The price has increased by 12 percent in 2 weeks. In April, brokerage firm Motilal Oswal gave a target price of Rs 5,000 per share for HDFC AMC shares after the company’s quarterly results.
Brokerage had said, “Despite the weak market sentiment, the industry level gross Flow declined only by 2% on a quarterly basis in March 2025, while 25% increased on an annual basis. Management, Flow Trends remain optimistic about the boom in the boom. The fall in the company’s SIP flow remained less than the average.”

Profit increased by 18 percent in March quarter
HDFC AMC’s net profit increased by 18 percent to Rs 638.5 crore on an annual basis in January-March 2025 quarter. The total income rose 20.5 percent to Rs 1,025.5 crore from a year ago. The company’s net profit for the entire financial year 2024-25 increased by 26.64 percent to Rs 2,460 crore and the total income increased by 28 percent to Rs 4,060 crore.
